On the 19th day of May 1999, the above company passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, to be liquidated and appointed Curtis John Mountfort, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator.

The liquidator of Nu Form Plastics Limited (in liquidation), fixes the 22nd day of June 1999, as the day on or before the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims made, as the case may be, or from objecting to the distribution.

On the 16th day of May 1999, it was resolved by special resolution of its members, pursuant to section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, that The Elms Historic Family Home Preservation Trust Incorporated (in liquidation) be liquidated and that John Raymond Berentson, chartered accountant of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
