Civil Aviation Act 1990

Notice of Granting of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 87N (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that Air Pacific Limited has been granted an international licence air service licence to carry on scheduled international air service in both directions from points in Fiji, optionally via one point in the South Pacific Islands, to Auckland, Wellington and/or Christchurch and beyond to Honolulu and Vancouver.

Notice of Guarantee Given, Pursuant to Section 59 (1) of the Public Finance Act 1989

Pursuant to section 59 (2) of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Minister of Finance makes the following statement:

The Minister of Finance on behalf of the Crown has given a guarantee to the National Bank of New Zealand Limited and Citibank, N.A. (“the banks”) in relation to financial accommodation and further financial facilities provided by the banks to Solid Energy New Zealand Limited in the amount of up to $12 million.
