Notice of Proposal to Apply to the Registrar to Remove the Above Company from the Register

In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Amicus Finance Limited with its registered office at Penrose:

Pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, and subsequent to the liquidation of the above company having been completed, I, Leonard Smith, business consultant of Pakuranga as the liquidator, hereby give notice that I propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal of the above company from the Register, pursuant to section 318 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Unless written objection is made to the District Registrar of Companies, Private Bag 92-513, Wellesley Street, Auckland 1036, within 28 days of the publication of this notice, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.

Notice is also given, pursuant to section 120 of the Companies Act 1993, that a general meeting of shareholders of the above-mentioned company will be held in the offices of Fletcher Challenge, Level Five, Fletcher Challenge House, Great South Road, Penrose, on the 28th day of June 1999 at 10.00 a.m.

Business:

To receive and consider the liquidators’ account showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

To be proposed as an ordinary resolution:

That the liquidator be authorised to dispose of the books of the company as he thinks fit.

General business.

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar will be removing the above company from the Register, on the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties.
