Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Michael Peter Stiassny and Grant Robert Graham, hereby give notice that on the 21st day of May 1999, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of Bilgola Enterprises Limited (trading as Dymocks Booksellers) in the Atrium on Elliott Street, Auckland and Broadway, Newmarket, pursuant to a debenture dated the 15th day of June 1998.

Short Description of Property Charged Under the Debenture: All assets and undertakings of the company.

Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that John Andrew Dean and Rachael Isobel Barton, both of Wellington, solicitor and legal executive respectively, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Renwick Breweries (NZ) Limited on the 17th day of May 1999, under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated on the 22nd day of December 1994.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
