1360 NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE No. 56

Land Acquired for Road—Fendalton/Glandovey Road, Christchurch

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and is vested in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1999, No. 3.
The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to the pieces of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.
The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby released from the provisions of Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
