Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993

Pursuant to section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, I hereby advise that I have requested the Registrar of Companies to remove the above-named company from the Register.

The request is made in accordance with section 318 (1) (e) of the Act on the grounds that I have delivered to the Registrar the final liquidation reports and made the appropriate declarations limited (in liquidation) as required under section 257 (1) (a) of the Act.

An objection to this request must be made to the Registrar, under section 321 of the Act, by the 14th day of June 1999.
