Road Realignment at Windy Point

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road, which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 7 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and further declares that the stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 28F/1034, subject to memorandum of mortgage A. 232770/5 (Canterbury Registry).

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to be road, which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 60 and shall remain vested in the Crown.
