Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992

Notice of Approval of a Statement of Preferred Work Practices Under the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992

Pursuant to section 20 (3) of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992, and whereas subsections (3) (a) and (3) (b) of section 20 of that Act, have been fulfilled and complied with, the Minister for Enterprise and Commerce, hereby gives notice that he approves a statement of preferred work practices which is an Approved Code of Practice for Safety and Health in Forest Operations.

Note: This notice replaces the notice which was published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 18 March 1999.
