Consent to the Distribution of Changed Medicines

Pursuant to section 20 of the Medicines Act 1981, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the changed medicines which were referred to the Minister of Health under the provisions of section 24 (5) of the Act and are set out in the Schedule hereto:

Tax Administration Act 1994

This is a notice of a product ruling made under section 91F of the Tax Administration Act 1994.
Product ruling No. 99/3 was issued on 20 April 1999. It relates to an income protection indemnity value contract, and various sections within the Income Tax Act 1994.
