Frontline Finance Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Newmarket, Auckland, on the 30th day of April 1999, appointed John Lawrence Vague and Leearna Michelle Waghorne, chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Aotea Shipping NZ Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 4th day of December 1998, which property consists of all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets, wherever situated.
