The trustees and their advisers have undertaken a comprehensive review of the provisions of the will of James Dilworth as varied by subsequent Acts and schemes. They have prepared this scheme to extend, clarify or vary the trusts in various respects appropriate to modern conditions, but at the same time endeavouring to disturb James Dilworthโs wishes only to the minimum.

(2) Declaration of faith (to be required only from the chaplain, and the trustees);
(3) Supervision of former pupils;
(4) Trustees (filling vacancy in number);
(5) Secretary and audit;
(6) Audited accounts available to visitor to institute;
(7) Visitor to institute;
(8) Gifts to the board; and

A copy of the full text of the scheme, and also a copy of the Attorney-Generalโs report on the scheme, may be obtained on application to the solicitors named below, or inspected at their offices, without payment of any fee.
Any person desiring to oppose the scheme must, not less than 7 clear days before the date of hearing, give written notice of his/her intention to do so to the Registrar of the High Court at Auckland, to the Attorney-General at Wellington, and to the Dilworth Trust Board.
The address for service of the Dilworth Trust Board is at the offices of its solicitors, Jackson Russell, Third Floor, KPMG Centre, 9 Princes Street, Auckland.
Dated the 23rd day of April 1999.
