Notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of April 1999, Murray George Allott, chartered accountant of 13 Woodford Terrace, Christchurch, was appointed receiver of the company’s property under the powers contained in an instrument being a deed of debenture dated the 1st day of February 1989, issued to Aabaas Finance Limited.

The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
