Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993

On the 13th day of April 1999, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that International Combustion NZ Limited be liquidated and that David Ward and John Fokerd, chartered accountants of Wellington, be appointed liquidators.

This solvent company is being liquidated as part of an internal restructuring process.

Notice is given that the liquidators fix the 14th day of May 1999, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 286, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
