Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Richard Dale Agnew of Auckland and Timothy James Reid, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed receivers of Spy Optics (NZ) Limited on the 5th day of March 1999, under the terms of a debenture.
The property in receivership to the company’s book debts, relevant agreements and associated rights, which the company has assigned to Scottish Pacific Business Finance Limited for consideration in accordance with a notification factoring facility agreement, dated the 1st day of December 1998 and which have not been reassigned by Scottish Pacific Business Finance Limited to the company.
“Associated rights”, “book debts” and “relevant agreements” have the meaning set out in a memorandum of partial release of debenture, dated the 25th day of November 1998, executed by the National Bank of New Zealand Limited and filed in the Companies Office.

On the 13th day of April 1999, Foodstuffs (Auckland) Limited, being the holder of a debenture dated the 9th day of June 1995, and registered at the Companies Office at Auckland on the 16th day of June 1995, was issued to it by R C Collis Limited (“the company”) appointed Lyall Walton Brown and John David Mercer, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally, as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.

Take notice that on the 15th day of March 1999, an application for putting Wellington Vehicle Finance Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, the 3rd day of May 1999 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
