Charitable Trusts Act Notices

Revocation of Dissolution of Charitable Trust

Pursuant to Section 26 (3) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

The Registrar is satisfied that the Orphans Home Trust Board AK. C.T. 266595, was carrying on its operations on 22 February 1985, the date of its dissolution under section 26 (1) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, and on the 8th day of April 1999 made a declaration that such dissolution be revoked.
