Take notice that the public trustee pursuant to section 80 (2) of the Public Trust Office Act 1957, elects to become manager of the remaining funds amounting to $3,980.94 of the now liquidated society formerly known as Atta Taxi Society, the public trustee being satisfied that it is advisable, in the interests of those entitled to those moneys, that the public trustee should become manager.
