Road Realignment in the District of Grey

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Grey District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second and Third Schedules to this notice to be stopped and declares that:

(i) the area described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in the certificate of title No. 5C/292, subject to the easements, restrictions and encumbrances contained within that title.

(ii) the area described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in the certificate of title No. 5C/291, subject to the easements, restrictions and encumbrances contained within that title.

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 5C/291, subject to the easements, restrictions and encumbrances contained within that title.

Land Acquired for Granting as Compensation and Road to be Stopped—Katetoke, Whangarei District, State Highway No. 1, North Auckland

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:

(a) Pursuant to sections 20 and 21, and pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for granting as compensation and vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), the road described in the Second Schedule is to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to sections 20, 50 and 21, and pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the stopped road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for granting as compensation and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
