Notice of Intention to Restore Company to the Register
The Company Act 1955 (as amended)
Take notice that the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch proposes to restore the following company to the Register:
Double L Services Limited. Applicant: Lundy & Associates, P.O. Box 1850, Christchurch.
The Registrar proposes to act, under section 303 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), on the grounds that the company was still carrying on business or other reason existed for the company to remain on the Register at the time it was removed from the Register.
Any person who objects to the restoration of this company to the Register must deliver notice of that objection to the Registrar in writing within 28 days of the publication of this notice.

Alexander Solway Limited. Applicant: Registrar of Companies, Private Bag 4714, Christchurch.
The Registrar proposes to act, under section 328 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the companies were still carrying on in business or other reason existed for the companies to continue in existence at the time they were removed from the Register.
Any person who objects to the restoration of these companies to the Register must deliver notice of that objection to the Registrar in writing, within 20 working days of the publication of this notice.

Notice of Proposed Amalgamation of Companies
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) (b) of the Companies Act 1993

It is proposed to amalgamate the company and Injection Moulders Limited and David W. Griffiths Limited, under sections 220 and 221 of the Companies Act 1993 ("the amalgamation proposal"), on Friday, the 30th day of April 1999, being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice.
The company will continue as the amalgamated company and will succeed to all the property, rights, powers, privileges, liabilities and obligations of Injection Moulders Limited and David W. Griffiths Limited.
Injection Moulders Limited and David W. Griffiths Limited will be removed from the Register of Companies following the amalgamation.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder of the company, and creditor of the company, or any person to whom the company is under any obligation, at the registered offices of the company being 44 Sale Street, Auckland.

A shareholder of the company, any creditor of the company or any person to whom the company is under any obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request.

Notice of Proposed Amalgamation of Companies
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993
The above-named companies hereby give notice of their intention after the 3rd day of April 1999, to amalgamate.
The amalgamating companies shall continue as Tasman Computing Limited.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of the amalgamating companies or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies or at the offices of KPMG Legal, KPMG Centre, 9 Princes Street, Auckland, during normal business hours.
A copy of the amalgamation proposal will be supplied without charge upon the request of any shareholder or creditor of the amalgamating companies or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation.
