Notice is hereby given that an application to remove Aerolift International (NZ) Limited from the Register will be made to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that it has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part and no creditor has applied to the Court under section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, for an order putting the company into liquidation.

Any objection, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to the removal of the company from the Register must be delivered to the Registrar not later than the 19th day of February 1999.
