Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

David Donald Crichton, chartered accountant of Christchurch, hereby gives notice that on the 11th day of January 1999, Earl Nicholas and Beverley May Stick appointed him as receiver and manager of the property of Espresso 124 Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 28th day of May 1998.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all of the company’s real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
