Hamilton, Patrick Manu Nohe of ex 15 Piako Road,
Hamilton, was convicted and sentenced to 200 hours
community service and disqualified from holding or
obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 6 months from
29 April 1999, following his conviction on 5 March 1999,
for an offence of driving whilst disqualified—

and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty,
Community Magistrates G. Scott and D. Brookes have

owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Patrick Manu
Nohe, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to
