Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Company From the Register

Joy Valerie Shearer and Laurence David Shearer, hereby give notice that they propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Hamilton, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Seaview Farms Limited, whose registered office is situated at 1157 Te Matai Road, Te Puke, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that, by the date of application to the Registrar of Companies, the company will have ceased to carry on business, have discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and have distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.

Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Hamilton by the 16th day of April 1999 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
