Road Realignment — Ngunguru Ford Road — Whangarei District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in The Whangarei District Council, on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and:

(i) The land firstly and thirdly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 121A/158; and

(ii) the land secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 121A/156.

(c) Declares the land in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 (1) and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 121A/158.
