Notice of Intention to Restore Companies to the Register

The Companies Act 1993

Take notice that the Registrar of Companies at Hamilton proposes to restore the following companies to the Register of Companies:

Ajay Consulting Services Limited HN. 575364. Applicant: Care of Fitzherbert Rowe, Solicitors, Private Bag 11-016, Palmerston North.

Keanes Shore Floor Sanding Limited HN. 186517. Applicant: Care of Jaggar Smith & Partners, P.O. Box 2018, Auckland.

The Registrar proposes to act under section 328 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the companies were carrying on business or other reasons existed for the companies to continue in business at the time that they were removed from the Register.

Any person who objects to the restoration of these companies to the Register must deliver notice of that objection in writing to the District Registrar at Hamilton within 20 working days from the date of this notice.

Notice of Proposed Amalgamation of Companies

Take notice that it is proposed that on the 1st day of April 1999 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of publication of this notice), the above-named companies will amalgamate following compliance with the relevant provisions of Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993, and pursuant to the amalgamation proposal dated on the 26th day of February 1999.

Commencing on the 1st day of April 1999, the amalgamated company will trade from all existing places of business under the name Nice & Natural Limited.
