On the 23rd day of February 1999, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to paragraph 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Angela and Dexter Thornton Limited be liquidated and that J. F. Pak and M. J. Dunn, chartered accountants of Hamilton, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of February 1999.
