Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a debenture dated the 1st day of September 1998, given by Floortime Direct Furnishers Limited in its favour, Hill Country Holdings Limited has appointed John Francis Managh, insolvency specialist of Napier, as receiver and manager of the property of Floortime Direct Furnishers Limited on the 23rd day of February 1999, under the powers contained in the said debenture.

The property in respect of which the receiver and manager has been appointed is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets wherever situated, both present and future, including uncalled and unpaid capital.
