Declaring Land to be Limited Access Road (State Highway No. 60) and Land Taken for Severance in Tasman District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be limited access road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall remain vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to be taken for severance and further declares that:

(i) The area firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 10B/910 subject to a right of way specified in easement certificate 224750.1; a right to transmit telephonic communications, electricity and other electronic data and a right of way created by transfer 3788832.7.

(ii) The area secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 10B/909.
