Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant of Auckland and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Carl Drever Contractor Limited (in liquidation), Tony Hudson Builders Limited (in liquidation) and NB Electrical Contractors Limited (in liquidation).

The liquidations commenced on the 18th day of February 1999.

Inquiries May Be Directed By a Creditor or Shareholder of the Companies During Normal Business Hours to:

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 19th day of May 1999, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
