On the 15th day of February 1999, we, Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, were appointed under powers conferred by registered debenture dated the 2nd day of April 1997, to act jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the assets and undertakings of the above-mentioned company.

Notice is hereby given that David Stuart Vance and David Ross Petterson, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Kitchen Art Limited on the 19th day of February 1999, under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 2nd day of February 1999.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all of the company’s undertakings and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
