Supplementary Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

St Peter’s College, Palmerston North.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 15th day of February 1999. A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 116 Victoria Avenue, Wanganui.

Food Act 1981

Delay in the Commencement of Amendment No. 11 to the New Zealand Food Standard 1996 Section 11H (4) of the Food Act 1981
The Amendment No. 11 to the New Zealand Food Standard 1996 was issued by the Minister of Health on 8 December 1998 and was to come into force on 17 February 1999.

On the 16 February 1999 the Minister of Health issued a notice to suspend commencement of Amendment No. 11 until 17 April 1999.

Amendment No. 11 introduces mandatory warning statements for foods, including dietary supplements, containing royal jelly, bee pollen or propolis.

The New Zealand Food Standard 1996 and amendments are available for inspection at the Ministry of Health, 133 Molesworth Street, Wellington.

Copies of New Zealand Food Standard 1996 and amendments are available for purchase from any Bennetts Government Bookshop.
