Notice of Application for Approval of a Scheme

Take notice that on the 26th day of March 1999 in the forenoon, the trustees of the H B Williams Turanga Trust will move the High Court at Gisborne for an order under Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, for approval of the scheme filed in the High Court at Gisborne on the 12th day of February 1999.

The effect of the scheme is to increase the maximum possible number of members of the selection committee from 5 to 8.

Any person desiring to oppose the scheme is required to give written notice of that intention to the Registrar of the High Court at Gisborne, the applicant at the offices of its solicitors, and the Attorney-General at the Crown Law Office, Wellington, not less than 7 days before the 26th day of March 1999.
