Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993

On the 3rd day of February 1999, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to paragraph 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Northern Traders Limited be liquidated and that Colin F. Currie of Hamilton be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on the 3rd day of February 1999.

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 8th day of March 1999, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title that they may have to priority under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
