Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

Peter Leslie Shaw, chartered accountant of Hamilton, was appointed liquidator of Maketu Contractors (1964) Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 9th day of February 1999, the date that the liquidation commenced.

Within 20 days before the appointment of the liquidator, the board of the company signed and delivered to the Registrar of Companies a resolution stating that the company would, on appointment of a liquidator, be able to pay its debts.

Accordingly, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, no creditors meeting will be summoned.
