Supplementary Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
St Mary’s School, Gore.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 13th day of December 1999. A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, John Wickliffe House, Princes Street, Dunedin.

Notice of Publication of Annual Report—Ministry of Health
Pursuant to section 3C of the Health Act 1956, the Director-General of Health will be sending her annual report on the current state of the public health in New Zealand “Our health, our future: The health of New Zealanders 1999” to the Minister of Health on 21 December 1999. It will be tabled in the House within 12 sitting days of that date.

Medicines Act 1981
Classification of Medicines
Pursuant to section 106 (1) of the Medicines Act 1981, I, G. R. Boyd, Chief Advisor, Safety and Regulation, acting under delegated authority, hereby declare the following:
- The medicines listed in Schedule 1 to this notice are classified as prescription medicines.
- The medicines listed in Schedule 2 to this notice are classified as restricted medicines.
- The medicines listed in Schedule 3 to this notice are classified as pharmacy-only medicines.
Every reference to a medicine in this notice applies whether the medicine is synthetic in origin or is from biological or mineral sources.
Unless specific reference is made otherwise, every reference applies also to medicines that are:
(a) Preparations and admixtures containing any proportion of any substance listed in the notice;
(b) Salts and esters of any substance listed in the notice;
(c) Preparations or extracts of biological materials listed in the notice;
(d) Salts or oxides of elements listed in the notice.
Where any reference is modified by a statement of the strength of the medicine, the strength is calculated using the free acid, base, alcohol or element unless specifically stated otherwise.
