We, Maurice George Noone and Richard Stewart McKnight, liquidators of A. & W. McCarthy Limited, whose registered office is situated at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Forsyth Barr House, The Octagon, Dunedin, hereby give notice that pursuant to section 318 (e) of the Companies Act 1993, and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than the 20th day of January 2000.

Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above-named Company From the Register

Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned applicant, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington, pursuant to subparagraph 318 (d) (i) (ii) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal from the New Zealand Register of Jeffries Property Limited, whose registered office is situated at 44 Clutha Avenue, Khandallah, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, and is in the process of discharging in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and distributing its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
