Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal

Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given by Kiwi Northland Co-operative Dairies Limited of an amalgamation proposal affecting the company.

Kiwi Northland Co-operative Dairies Limited proposes to amalgamate with Northland Cooperative Dairy Company Limited and Northland Cooperative Dairy Company Limited shareholders will become shareholders initially in Kiwi Northland Co-operative Dairies Limited and subsequently in Kiwi Co-operative Dairies Limited.

Copies of the merger proposal dated 16 November are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of the company or of Northland Cooperative Dairy Company Limited, or any person to whom the company or Northland Cooperative Dairy Company Limited is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the company situated at Wharerora Road, Hawera, or of Northland Cooperative Dairy Company Limited at State Highway 1, Kauri, Northland.

A shareholder or creditor of the company or Northland Cooperative Dairy Company Limited, or any person to whom the company or Northland Cooperative Dairy Company Limited is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the merger proposal upon request to the company or to Northland Cooperative Dairy Company Limited.

I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of two certificates of title for the below-named applicants pursuant to section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, for the land described below.

The registered proprietor of the land in certificate of title 15/51 is James Daniel Baird.

The registered proprietor of the land in certificate of title 15/141 is Charles Barber Press. Certificate of title 15/141 is also subject to mortgage 7417 in favour of Thomas Whyte Young.
