Trade Pak Supplies Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Brown Woolley Graham, 53/6 Hobson Street, Auckland, on the 26th day of November 1999, appointed Graeme George McDonald and Leearna Michelle Waghorne, chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Trade Pak Supplies Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 14th day of April 1997, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital and goodwill and all other assets.

Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Level Seven, 11–17 Church Street (P.O. Box 243), Wellington, were appointed receivers of The Shannon Top Pub Company Limited (in receivership) (trading as the Albion Tavern) on the 1st day of December 1999, under the terms of a debenture.

The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertakings, property and assets.
