Notice of Order Made by the High Court Appointing the Public Trustee Manager Under the Public Trust Office Act 1957, Part V
Whereas:
-
Graham John Vanstone, formerly of Akaroa, businessman, is the owner of the property mentioned in the Schedule hereto and after due inquiry it is not known where he is, or whether he is alive or dead.

By order of the High Court at Christchurch on the 18th day of November 1999, the public trustee has been appointed manager of the property under Part V of the said Act.
Schedule
(a) Lighthouse Road, Akaroa being the land comprised and described in certificate of title 36D/358.
(b) 6 Newton Place, Akaroa, being the land comprised and described in certificate of title 9K/1451.
(c) A one half share in Woodbank Road, Hanmer, being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 35A/21—pursuant to a deed of trust, dated 20 December 1999.
(d) Motor Vehicles: A Holden car and an Isuzu flat deck truck.
(e) Boat.
(f) 200 000 ordinary shares in Property Ventures Limited.
(g) 2 515 039 ordinary shares in Wilson Neil Limited.
(h) Tractor.
(i) Spray unit.
(j) Three containers.
(k) Sundry plant and office equipment.
(l) Directorship and shareholding in South Pacific Abalone Limited.
(m) Various loans and mortgages to Gibbston Valley Estates Limited and Hampstead Holdings Limited.
(n) Mortgagor under mortgage A. 114656/8 in favour of the Bank of New Zealand registered over certificate of title 36D/358
(o) Various Bank of New Zealand accounts and term deposit.
(p) On call account Wolfe Stone & Langhams trust account.

The deadline for lodgement of notices under the Companies, Partnership, Insolvency and Land Transfer Acts for this edition is noon on Monday, the 13th day of December 1999.
All other notices must be lodged at the Gazette office by noon on Tuesday, the 14th day of December 1999.
N.B. It would be appreciated if material for this edition was delivered as early as possible.
