Hours of Sitting and Fixtures

  1. Subject to the direction of the Executive Judge, or the
    Presiding Judge, sittings will commence at 10.00 a.m.
    during the period stated (except on public holidays and
    during vacations).

  2. Fixtures for all business will be allocated by the
    Registrar in accordance with the rules and administrative
    directions of the Court.

Long Vacation:

Maori Land Court Rules 1994

Maori Land Court Sittings—Maori Appellate Court Sittings 2000

Notice is hereby given that sittings of the Maori Land Court
and Maori Appellate Court will be held during the year
1 January 2000 to 31 December 2000 at the places and
commencing on the dates referred to in the Schedule
hereof.

The hour of commencement of each sitting (and the date
and place thereof in the case of the Maori Appellate Court)
will be notified in the relevant Panui. If any date referred to
in the Schedule is varied, the varied date will be notified in
the Panui.

Special fixtures may be arranged in accordance with the
provisions of Rule 11 of the Maori Land Court Rules 1994.
