1 Introduction

1.1 This disclosure amends the information previously disclosed in UnitedNetworks Limited’s Information Disclosure 29. The sections amended are:

Section 3.3: Schedule 1 – PART 4 (2a, 2b, 2c, 2h)

Section 3.4: Schedule 1 – PART 5 (5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 15)

1.2 In addition, this disclosure includes information on direct costs and indirect costs for information purposes only. This is in addition to the information previously disclosed in UnitedNetworks Limited’s Information Disclosure 29:

2 Amendments

2.1 System length and Customer numbers were previously calculated by use of a weighted average method across all acquisitions. To provide for an accurate comparison between the 1999 financial year, previous years, subsequent years and with other entities required to disclose such information, the calculation of system length and customer numbers has been changed to one of a simple average method.

The following table amends Information Disclosure 29:
