A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, the Right Honourable Sir Michael Hardie Boys, the Governor-General of New Zealand declare the lands described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for purposes of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road and vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
