Declaration of State of Local Civil Defence Emergency

Pursuant to section 52 of the Civil Defence Act 1983

I, William Stuart McIntosh hereby declare a state of local civil defence emergency to be in force in the Central Otago District (or one or more Wards of the District)

Alexandra, Cromwell, Roxburgh and Earnscleugh Manuherekia.

The state of civil defence emergency shall come into force at 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, the 17th day of November 1999.
