Notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of November 1999, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Karen Betty Mason, insolvency specialists, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of Bronson & Harvey Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 30th day of April 1998, given by that company.

The property in receivership is all the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
