Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped and Amalgamated—State Highway No. 25, Te Rerenga Kuatunu Road—Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for the road which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 shall form part of State Highway No. 25 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Declares the land in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 (1) and further declares:

(i) The area firstly described shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(ii) The area secondly described (now known as part Section 1, S.O. 60732) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 44B/387.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped (now known as part Section 1 and Section 2, S.O. 60733 and Section 1, S.O. 60732 respectively) and shall be amalgamated with the land in Certificate of Title 44B/387.
