Road Realignment—State Highway No. 25, Te Rerenga Kuaotunu Road, Thames Coromandel District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road, which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 25 and shall vest in the Crown, on the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette.

(b) Declares the land in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 (1) and shall be amalgamated and further declares that;

(i) area marked “W” on S.O. Plan 60725 and “M” on S.O. Plan 60727 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 63B/642, subject to mortgage B. 123518.2.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3) and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, declares the road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares that;

(i) The area marked “Q” on S.O. Plan 60720 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 14A/1366, subject to mortgage B. 108334.5.

(ii) The areas marked “P” and “Q” on S.O. Plan 60724, “X” on S.O. Plan 60725, “F” on S.O. Plan 60726, “L” on S.O. Plan 60727, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 786/287.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 (3) and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, declares the stopped Government road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be vested in the owner of the adjoining land and further declares that;

(i) The area marked “M” on S.O. Plan 60724, now known as Section 2, S.O. 60724 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 786/287.

(ii) The area marked “U” and “V” on S.O. Plan 60725, now known as Section 2, S.O. 60725 and Section 3, S.O. 60725 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 786/287.
