Land in Clarence Street, Christchurch Set Apart for Railway Purposes

Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Crown Property Clearances, Land Information New Zealand, declares lands now held by Her Majesty the Queen described in the Schedules 1, 2 and 3 hereto to be set apart for railway purposes and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and vested in the Franklin District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into:

(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and is vested in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for local purpose (esplanade) reserve and is vested in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
