Revoking the Prohibition from Prescribing Controlled Drugs

Pursuant to section 23 (3) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975,
I, Wyatt Creech, Minister of Health, hereby revoke the
notice issued on 9 October 1997, which prohibits the
prescribing of controlled drugs by Dr John Denis McGwynne, medical practitioner of Auckland.
