Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Maplin Holdings Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Level Nineteen, 44–48 Emily Place, Auckland, on the 2nd day of November 1999, appointed John Lawrence Vague and Graeme George McDonald, chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Churchill Group Holdings Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 17th day of August 1987, which was transferred to Maplin Holdings Limited from DFC Finance Services Limited by way of untdated deed.

The property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital and goodwill and all other assets.
