Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Henry Martin van Dyk, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of Saraband Holdings Limited.

The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of November 1999.

Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Sections 3 and 255 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993

Graham Hosie, chartered accountant of West Yates was appointed liquidator of the above company (trading as the Westport Tavern) on the 28th day of July 1999.

No Meeting of Creditors

No meeting of creditors will be held.

In accordance with section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator dispenses with the requirement to call a meeting on the basis—

• All assets have been realised;
• The liquidator is only required to determine the priorities of creditors payments;
• If a creditor holds a contrary view they should notify the liquidator within 10 days of receipt of this notice;
• A meeting would cause expense and serve no useful purpose.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidator has fixed the 15th day of November 1999, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date and a distribution is declared, will be excluded from the benefits of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.

Pursuant to Sections 3 and 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 26th day of October 1999, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that New Millennium Furniture Components Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Robert Foster, chartered accountant of BDO Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of October 1999.

Having regard to the assets and liabilities of the company, the liquidator considers that there is unlikely to be any payment to unsecured creditors and consequently does not intend to call a creditors meeting unless any creditor gives notice in writing that a meeting is to be called. Such notice is to be delivered to the liquidator within 10 days of this notice.

2. The reason why the liquidator so decided is the company is solvent.

3. No such meetings will therefore be called unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidator, within 10 working days after receiving this notice, requiring a meeting to be called.
