Notice of Intention to Restore Company to the Register

The Company Act 1993

Take notice that the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch proposes to restore the following company to the Register:

T.Q.M. Environmental Services Limited. Applicant: Paget & Associates, P.O. Box 7047, Christchurch.

The Registrar proposes to act, under section 328 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company was still carrying on in business or other reason existed for the company to continue in existence at the time they were removed from the Register.

Any person who objects to the restoration of this company to the Register must deliver notice of that objection to the Registrar in writing within 20 working days of the publication of this notice.
